Neuromuscular Performance Institute is pleased to offer their unique FITT program for health and fitness and performance.
What is FITT?
F.I.T.T. stands for Functional Integrated Therapy and Training. We are the only facility that truly integrates both the benefits of neuromuscular release therapy (NRT) and functional exercise into a unique personalized program.
Functional Training is a new way at looking at fitness. Instead of focusing on just training individual muscles we focus on improving how your body moves and the ability of the muscles to work together while strengthening, “toning”, conditioning and improving endurance. Functional training integrates together elements of cardiorespiratory training, flexibility, core strength, balance and upper and lower body strength into one program. Just like a recipe we can custom tailor the ingredients of each program to make a combination that will be right for each and every individual from the person who has not exercised in years to the most advanced athlete.
The combination of NRT with function training allows your body to instantly perform more efficiently during workouts. Imbalanced patterns that exist within your body will create areas of over tight, shortened muscle tissue that will lead to faulty movement patterns. NRT therapy will release these affected tissues quickly making your workouts more efficient that any other workout you have ever done.
