How does the plan work?

It’s very simple…it’s a contract and a commitment. You enter into 12 month contract agreement with the Neuromuscular Performance Institute (NPI) to become one of our "On-Line" members...for only $39.00 per month.

As an NPI online member you will have access to world class strength training and nutritional programs. You'll receive customized workouts and complete meal plans, nutritional support, recipes, meal preparation, and detailed grocery lists...right down to the number of carrots you'll need to buy to reach your goals. 

What is the rewards program?

The rewards program is the best thing about the membership and maintenance plan. In making a commitment to take care of yourself we reward you with discounts on our therapy services.

As an online member you will receive our exculsive 30 minute NRT sessions at a reduced rate of only $60 (non-members $75).
